The Ormondy Condominium is a Private Residential Building that includes the convenience of gated underground garage parking. The Ormondy is a non-smoking and non-pet community. Residents and Guests may not bring pets on the property. The Ormondy Clubhouse is just three floor above with tables for cards, TVs, a shared kitchen, and beautiful 180° views from the large windows.
A washer and dryer are included inside the condo for your convenience. As a courtesy, Florida Vacay provides a starter kit of:
