Welcome to Sea Coast Gardens 2 #414 "The Beach Hut"! This family friendly 2/2 has been recently updated and comfortably sleeps up to 5 guests. This condo is pet friendly with a $200 non-refundable pet fee for one dog weighing 25lbs or less. The dog must be housebroken, neutered or spayed and cannot be less than one (1) year old. Breed restrictions apply.
This property is currently under construction repairing the seawall and beach deck. Due to this project, there may be reduced guest parking availability and noise disturbances. Temporary beach steps are in place to allow beach access during this project. The estimated completion is late Spring/early Summer 2024.
