The home’s Surfside location directly on the No-Drive portion of New Smyrna Beach means no worries for playing on the beach and going back and forth to the pool. Walk only steps from this condo doorway and you are directly on the beach!

The two-story beach vacation home is designed with families in mind. The downstairs great room allows everyone to be together to cook, enjoy meals, watch TV, play games and relax on the brand new sofa. After a full day of fun in the sun, the kids can be quietly tucked away in the large 2nd Bedroom upstairs while the adults continue enjoying their evening downstairs.

Ponce Inlet, just a couple minutes North, is one of Florida’s destination surf locations as well; throwing both left and right, decently sized swells.
