The direct ocean views from this 6th floor wrap around balcony are breathtaking and relaxing. The balcony faces east and south. Watch the sunrise while sipping your morning "Cup of Joe". See if you can spot a few dolphins swimming by. This two bedroom, two bath condo was remodeled to provide a separate entrance into the Master Bedroom Suite area.

This complex is under renovation until April 2024.

Ponce Inlet, just a couple minutes North, is one of Florida’s destination surf locations as well; throwing both left and right, decently sized swells.

Explore nearby Canaveral National Seashore Park (just 4 miles away), day-trip to Orlando’s many theme parks, take in a NASCAR race or the Speedway museum in Daytona Beach, go deep-sea or surf fishing, shop the boutiques in historic New Smyrna Beach, or play golf at the excellent nearby courses: LPGA, New Smyrna Beach Municipal (Donald Ross), Sugar Mill (Robert Trent Jones) and Walkabout (Perry Dye).
