Welcome to Sea Coast Gardens II #509 "Atlantic Breeze"! This condo is pet friendly with a $200 non-refundable pet fee for one dog weighing 25lbs or less. The dog must be housebroken, neutered or spayed and cannot be less than one (1) year old. Breed restrictions apply.
This newly remodeled 2/2 is located on the top floor of Sea Coast Gardens II which offers beautiful panoramic views of the ocean, pools, shuffleboard courts, beach deck and clubhouse. The kitchen is decorated in a beautiful blue and white color pallet with new appliances, subway tile back-splash, and quartz countertops. The Master Bedroom is light and bright and offers a King size bed, TV, and private bathroom. The Guest Bedroom sleeps 4 with a Queen Bed and a Twin Bunk.
This property is currently under construction repairing the seawall and beach deck. Due to this project, there may be reduced guest parking availability and noise disturbances. Temporary beach steps are in place to allow beach access during this project. The estimated completion is late Spring/early Summer 2024.
